Where do we deliver?

What are the shipping fees ?

Our delivery is free beyond 30€ euros of purchase in order to limit the CO2 emissions of our delivery partners committed to carbon neutrality!

What are the delivery times ?

Your order is automatically recorded in our computer system upon validation of your payment.

A first confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is validated.

  • all the items in your order were indicated as available (in stock) when you placed your order. In this case, within 2 or 3 days, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with its tracking number from the carrier.
  • for logistical reasons it is possible that we ship your order in several separate packages so that you can receive them as soon as possible.

Who makes the delivery?

Delivery is by your local post. Our parcels are handled by La Poste in France.

How do I track my package?

A tracking number is attached to the shipping confirmation email. It will be used to track your package around the world. To track your package, use the site of your national post office (La Poste for France). Your tracking number is also available in your order summary accessible from the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.

When is my package delivered?

Your package is delivered during office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If you are not there, the postman will leave the parcel in the mailbox or if there is no access, you will have to pick up the parcel at your local post office. The postman will leave a message in this case to warn you.

I did not get my package. What should I do ?

Beyond the 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience. In any case, we assure you that you will receive your package.

Can I contact you by phone?

For the sake of speed, we no longer take phone calls except in exceptional cases. Processing an e-mail takes us a few seconds or minutes, while an average call lasts several minutes. To avoid charges and offer you the lowest prices, we will only respond by E-mail or not by SMS. Know that we don't ignore anyone and respond quickly. If you have any doubts, test it.
