We offer free delivery on orders over €30 to help limit CO2 emissions from our delivery partners who are committed to carbon neutrality!
What are the delivery times?
Your order is automatically registered in our computer system as soon as your payment is validated.
An initial confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is validated.
- All items in your order were listed as available (in stock) at the time you placed your order. In this case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier's tracking number within 2 or 3 days.
- For logistical reasons, we may ship your order in several separate packages so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.
Who makes the delivery?
Delivery is made via your local post office. Our parcels are handled by La Poste in France.
How can I track my package?
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your package worldwide. To track your package, use your national postal service's website (La Poste for France). Your tracking number is also available in your order summary, accessible from the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.
When will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered during business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If you are not home, the mail carrier will leave the parcel in your mailbox. If your mailbox is inaccessible, you will need to pick up the parcel at your local post office. The mail carrier will leave a delivery notice in this case.
I haven't received my package. What should I do?
After 30 days, you can request a refund, or we will offer a gesture of goodwill to thank you for your patience. In any case, we assure you that you will receive your package.

Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

To ensure efficiency, we no longer take phone calls except in exceptional circumstances. Processing an email takes us only seconds or minutes, while a call typically lasts several minutes. To avoid additional costs and offer you the lowest prices, we will only respond by email or SMS. Rest assured, we do not ignore anyone and respond promptly. If you have any doubts, please try it out.
